Roundup of law firm hires, promotions, departures: June 21, 2021 update

Montreal-based partner Carolena Gordon has been named a senior partner with the global law firm effective July 1. Gordon, who advises commercial and insurance clients on all areas of dispute resolution and risk management, is the first partner outside the UK and the first woman to hold this role within the company.

Elizabeth Reid joined the labor, employment and human rights group as a partner in the firm’s Vancouver office.

The following partners were appointed to the firm:

  • André Bergeron (Ottawa) – National Transfer Pricing Group and Responsible Agency Group
  • Marco Rodrigues (Montreal) – Business Law Group
