The firm has announced Nicholas Chan as a partner in the Edmonton office effective August 1. Chan’s corporate law practice includes commercial real estate, “acquisitions, corporate finance, professional services and complex“ contractual matters. ”He has also acted for real estate in relation to acquisitions, development, leasing, joint ventures, partnerships, asset and property management and investors the financing of commercial, residential and retail real estate.
