M&A List: Snowflake Partner Ecosystem Mergers and Acquisitions

Merger and acquisition (M&A) activities within the Snowflake partner ecosystem have grown steadily. And for a good reason.

Snowflake, a data cloud company, is in a rapid growth mode – and that means great opportunities for Snowflake partners who support customers with big data, analytics and cloud service projects. Snowflake’s software enables data storage, processing and analysis solutions that are “faster, easier to use and far more flexible than conventional offerings,” according to the company.

On the latest facts to watch out for: Snowflake launched a successful IPO in September 2020. Fast forward to December 2021, and Snowflake said revenue for the third quarter of fiscal 2022 was $ 334.4 million, up 110% from the third quarter of 2021.

With this in mind, buyers – including private equity firms, technology companies, MSPs, and IT consultancies – are scouring the market for potential acquisitions from Snowflake partners. Below is a list of deals that have already surfaced.
