Donald H. Smith of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith has entered an appearance for Charles J. Hilton law firm in a pending class action alleging the exposure of personal identifiable information from a data breach. The suit was filed June 23 in Pennsylvania Western District Court by Glancy Binkow & Goldberg. The case, assigned to US District Judge Robert J. Colville, is 2:21-cv-00815, Biddle v. The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center et al.
