Troutman Pepper’s Innovation Committee has partnered with Framework Consulting to develop a bespoke platform, which is a cutting-edge, AI-enriched survey tool that simplifies workload balancing and capacity planning challenges, and can measure the potential stress impact in terms of employee overtime. That platform, Engage, was inspired by challenges that emerged when everyone was completely removed – the practical workload was growing and leadership needed a better system for determining who was available for matters. The previous system required weekly surveys to produce an availability report. With Engage, the practice management can now access the availability of an employee at any time.
