Governor Parson Announces Three Judicial AppointmentsOzark Radio News

JEFFERSON CITY, MO – On Friday, Governor Mike Parson announced three judicial appointments. Appointments were made to the Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District and the 17th and 23rd Judicial Circuits.

Ms Ginger Goochof Springfield, was appointed to the Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District.

Ms. Gooch is currently a partner at Husch Blackwell LLP. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and philosophy, law, and rhetoric from Stephens College and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of the Honorable William W. Francis Jr.

the Honorable Stacey Lettof Belton, will be appointed as Circuit Judge for the 17th Judicial Circuit.

Judge Lett currently serves as an Associate Circuit Judge for Cass County in the 17th Judicial Circuit. She holds a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice from the University of Central Missouri and a Juris Doctor from Creighton University. She will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of the Honorable William B. Collins.

Mr Travis Partneyof Imperial, was appointed as Circuit Judge for the 23rd Judicial Circuit.

Mr. Partney is currently the first assistant prosecuting attorney for the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and communications from Southeast Missouri State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Columbia. He will fill the vacancy created by the resignation of the Honorable Dianna L. Bartels.
