Roundup of law firm hires, promotions and departures: Sept. 16 update

Virginie Gauthier is a new Toronto-based partner in the company’s restructuring, bankruptcy and bankruptcy group.

The company announced that Terrence O’Sullivan, one of its founding partners, is leaving to devote more time to his farm. O’Sullivan was based in the firm’s Toronto office, where his practice focused on commercial disputes with an emphasis on business-related litigation.
