Proposed class-action lawsuit claims CMPD sent drivers’ info to businesses – WSOC TV

CHARLOTTE – A proposed class action lawsuit alleges that the Charlotte-Mecklenburg police force sent personal information to companies.

A local resident said officials disclosed vital information after car accidents despite being told not to do so in 2016.
