The catalyst for this was the LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions team, which launched its new market and offered Lexis Omni and a related large-scale recruiting campaign for the team.

On an area of 7,788 m² at 1 Wellington Place, the office offers space for 120 company employees.

Andrew Lindsay, General Manager Enterprise Solutions at LexisNexis, said, “Wellington Place was an excellent fit for our company. It is in a brilliant location, elegantly furnished and has excellent and accessible facilities.

“It is also at the heart of Leeds’ legal community with a number of customers nearby, and our proximity to the train station and good transport links allow customers to visit us and enjoy the new common room.

“We can also easily meet the teams and see the exciting developments that are coming into the market.”

Paul Pavia, Development Manager at Wellington Place added: “We are excited to welcome a leading LegalTech supplier to Wellington Place. The development is rapidly becoming a hub for both professional services and technology companies in the region serving the world’s leading banks.
