20th November 2020: Coretelligent, supported by private equity firm VSS Capital Partners, is acquiring Soundshore Technology Group – an MSP for hedge funds, venture capitalists and financial services companies.
July 19, 2020: Highmetric, supported by The Acacia Group, acquired Vorto, a UK company with experience in security, patch management and code quality. Both companies are ServiceNow partners.
July 18, 2020: ECI (formerly Eze Castle Integration), a financial services and hedge fund focused MSP supported by private equity firm HIG Capital, has acquired Alphaserve Technologies.
June 17, 2020: Private equity firm HIG Capital invested in Eze Castle Integration (ECI), the well-known MSP for financial services clients.
June 16, 2020: Private equity firm Summit Partners invested $ 37 million in Appway, a software provider that automates business processes in the vertical financial services market.
May 15, 2020: Accenture has acquired the Italian financial services consultancy NIKE Group. The deal expanded Accenture’s talent pool for FinTech and regulatory compliance.
March 14, 2020: Delta Capita Group, a financial services consultancy and MSP, received an equity investment of $ 50 million and over $ 100 million in future acquisitions and customer transactions from Prytek Holdings.
November 13, 2019: Capco, owned by private equity firm CD&R, has acquired ATOM Solutions. Capco’s advisory expertise includes financial services, energy and raw materials trading.
November 12, 2019: Coretelligent has taken over SoundView IT Solutions.
August 11, 2019: Accenture acquired Parker Fitzgerald, a risk management consultancy for financial services companies.
July 10, 2019: Thrive then took over Tier1Net with the support of M / C Partners.
February 9, 2019: Abacus Group acquired Proactive Technologies and brings together two financial services MSPs with extensive expertise in alternative investment firms such as hedge funds.
January 8, 2019: Accenture acquired Orbium, a management consulting and technology services company focused on the vertical market for financial services.
December 7, 2018: Accenture acquired professional services assets from Zafin, a provider of financial services software.
December 6, 2018: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) acquired BridgePoint Group, a financial services and retirement management consulting firm.
September 5, 2018: Data Systems Technology Solutions acquired Unicom Technologies Inc., a regional IT provider for banks and credit unions.
4th July 2018: Thrive acquired InfoHedge Technologies, an MSP and private cloud provider focused on financial services and hedge fund organizations.
April 3, 2018: Wavestone acquired Xceed Group, a nearly $ 19 million IT consulting firm that has adjusted EBITDA margins in excess of 20 percent in the financial services industry.
October 2nd, 2017: Thrive acquired Precision IT, a New York-based MSP with expertise in financial services.
January 1, 2017: Linedata acquired Gravitas Technology Services. The combined IT service providers support asset managers and asset managers.
